Some 25 Years ago the school made a decision to “contract out” electrical maintenance to walker Miller & Co Ltd. Throughout this time Mr Robert Proud, Managing director of the company has ensured that the school has been serviced to an extremely high standard when installing/repairing electrical equipment.
Walker Miller employs a popular hard working work force, showing determination, energy and a great deal of common sense! They are confident workers, knowledgeable and professional in their approach to me and indeed any member of staff.
The work force is extremely responsible ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to, which is not any easy task these days; nonetheless succeed with great care and attention.

They have been contracted for over 25 years, to service & maintain all electrical installations & equipment at Broomgrove Trust Nursing Home.
We had a major refurbishment, starting January 2012 & Walker Miller were responsible for all the electrical work relating to this, which included our fire alarm system & emergency lighting. All the work was completed on time & to a very high standard, as is always the case.
Their standard of work is extremely good & complies with all specifications needed & they are always quick to respond, particularly in emergencies. They executed their work within the occupied dwelling without undue disruption to both residents & staff.
The staff are extremely polite & as we are a nursing home i feel we are able to leave staff round our residents without worrying. They are all extremely respectful towards everyone.
